Positive Work Culture: The company fosters a positive and inclusive work culture, making it a comfortable place to work. Opportunities for Learning: There are ample opportunities to learn and grow within the company, with colleagues always willing to share knowledge and help out.

Cons

Low Salary: The compensation is not competitive compared to industry standards, which can be a significant drawback.
