Pros

Great people on the marketing side! Competitive pay Competitive benefits Work/life balance is available if you take advantage of it

Cons

The MarTech stack is outdated and disconnected. Getting numbers for LTV and actual revenue goals to track against is impossible. As a performance marketer, this made my job very difficult to report on. Is a campaign successful? No one really knows at Broadridge. Also, I hope you like making PPTs! This is how you will receive and share information all day, every day, at Broadridge.
