      Work from home, flexible pto, friendly and informed Team members, 401k match

      Cons

      Yearly pay increase does not match inflation, under paid compared to market for what is asked of employees at the bottom. There is no space for negotiation on pay increases no matter how long your tenure (I've asked)

      "Do More With Less"

      Most associates are well-educated high performers who are a pleasure to work with and are well compensated.

      Cons

      Currently understaffed in a high-stress environment. Many associates are overworked and lack work/life balance.
