      Good benefits and the ability to work remote.

      Cons

      The company culture is not consistent across departments. One department could have good work/life balance, while the other does not. In my current role, the company takes advantage of salaried employees. To keep them engaged they provide cell phones. Low pay and the company is very top heavy. Selling all technical associates to IBM (now Kyndryl) only put more hurting on associates that need infrastructure support. There is a lot of turnover in our department. bad management decision making is negatively affecting the company.

      Parties, good work culture, diverse work environment

      Cons

      Could have had higher pay for work load expectations. Especially when work Injury was so regular for long time employees and not much room for growth. Expect to have the same position forever
