      Challenging and plenty of growth opportunities

      A lot of learning opportunities and management gives plenty of chances when mistakes are made. The challenges builds character

      Employees take the opportunities for granted so quality is declining, I feel plenty of people are burnt out after learning the full scope and expectations but cannot resign since they can`t find anything better
