Good support if you are on the right team. Sales or Customer facing roles are typically more stable than operations or expense center roles.

Cons

They will fire you without cause if the books need to balance. You will be replaced by younger, less expensive workers or offshore resources. Don't get comfortable here. Use it as a valuable experience and get out after 5 years.
