      Slow and Bureaucratic

      Things move pretty slow most of the time Worklife balance is good most of the time

      Cons

      Expectations and timelines sometimes suddenly change Very unlikely to get a promotion even when you overperform by a wide margin. Promotions come down to politics and how much sway your manager and your skip manager has, very little to do with you.
