Great work life balance, unlimited PTO, good ins, decent pay, remote work

Cons

team turnover due to higher up changes, but with smaller team it means more work. Work is distributed evenly/fairly but its still a lot of work. When additional help/worker is requested, it appears to fall on deaf ears. Not direct Mgr but higher higher ups.
