Pros

I fortunately work in an amazing team and the work we do is literally rewriting the company's direction and history. It is a great privilege to work in this team.

Cons

Outside my team, there is too much of red tape and getting things done is not very easy. India office is being setup as development shop and that is not working great. Due to this excellent resources in US are trying to quit.

Pros

1. Good people; I worked with many people who I really respected and enjoyed being around 2. Decent benefits 3. Decent pay 4. Stable, successful company

Cons

1. Constant, over-arching fear that satellite offices are going to close, or fold into larger locations. 2. In the end, Broadridge always does the right thing and makes their clients happy, but the road to arrive there is often very bumpy and far too long. A lot of pain, stress and heartache could be avoided if there was more transparency between Broadridge and its clients. 3. Broadridge's makeup and business model is complicated. There were constant streams of emails about department updates and senior level people being hired/promoted whom I had never heard of or knew what they did. I was generally unaware of what the numerous other areas of the company were working on. I would have had a better sense of purpose about where I fit into the company, if the overall mission of the company was more clear and easy to understand. 4. Senior directors and management (in corporate headquarters) meant well, and were good people, but didn't have the business respect of employees that I interacted with. 5. Large disconnect between sales teams and project teams. Constant over-promising of features to make sales. Project Management and IT were left to clean up mess and deal with difficult client-facing discussions about extra costs and delays.
