Everyone constantly boasts about the wonderful Broadridge culture. At first you are drawn into the alluring claims that are made and a couple of months in you start to see the cracks. Over time you realize that the culture is an easy mantra everyone sticks to but it's not backed by anything of substance. If you are looking for a challenge this is definitely the place, however by challenge I don't mean a character building experience, rather more like being thrown in the lion's den. You are left to identify information that doesn't exist and people who are tenured (10+ years) quizzically respond with laughter about the impossible nature of answering your request. You start here with great ambitions and drive to find yourself within a couple of months leaving each day empty knowing you can't change a place that isn't willing to change.
