Its a Job colleagues are friendly and helps you get the job done Being low cost provider management knows how to run the company lean and mean

Cons

if you work like crazy like 80 to 100 hours a week you will get noticed everything goes by seniority promotions are very hard to come by salaries are not great people who deserves more usually dont get it working on technologies that are OLD and I guess its a Job security thing for most of the people

Pros

- definitely good with work/life balance - great benefits - bosses a mainly cool and laid back - great place if you have interest in the financial industry but keep getting rejected by the bigger firms

Cons

- did not receive formal training for my job, the training had to come from another employee who was egotistic and very condescending (my manager saw this and did nothing about it) - managers know the financial industry but do not know how to manage people - you have to deal with a lot of nobody's who think they're somebody
