Pros

If you are lucky to get one of the many inept managers you can coast through your job

Cons

Garbage management (some even at executive levels), too much comfort to never significantly change anything no matter how poorly it works, false promises for raises, salary increases not even in pace with inflation

Pros

Work life balance. Work hours. Benefits.

Cons

Micro Managed by people who did not understand sales; poor leadership, uncommunicative and the ability to build a positive, productive team. The only way they achieved their sales goals was when upper management stepped in and adjusted/ revised the those original goals. Some BR products did not work and we could not sell them for over 18 months. The commission was a fraction (1/8th) of what they told me I would make.
