      Great team, unclear promotion rules

      Pros

      Team work is great, people are nice and keen to help if they can, there is no hostility towards others (that I noticed), working hours are flexible, vacation schedules are flexible as well.

      Cons

      There are no clear rules about the promotions. You can do all your work duties and more and still be stuck on your position because there is “no budget” for promotions. That’s very discouraging.
