      Sudden Layoff Without Warning – Disappointing Experience

      Decent work culture and initial onboarding. Exposure to interesting projects and tools. Collaborative teams in some departments.

      Cons

      Laid off without prior warning or proper explanation despite good performance. Poor communication from leadership during the layoff process. Lack of job security – management decisions felt sudden and unempathetic. Minimal career growth opportunities or recognition for hard work.

      Several pros but namely the people, salary, benefits, resources, and the job itself.

      Cons

      So far, there are no major cons. A slight con is not being able to work with the team everyday.
