Pros

Work life balance. Work hours. Benefits.

Cons

Micro Managed by people who did not understand sales; poor leadership, uncommunicative and the ability to build a positive, productive team. The only way they achieved their sales goals was when upper management stepped in and adjusted/ revised the those original goals. Some BR products did not work and we could not sell them for over 18 months. The commission was a fraction (1/8th) of what they told me I would make.
