Pros

There are no pros. Employees are leaving faster than the temporary agency can fill the positions. Not enough employees to run the machines during busy times.

Cons

Mandatory 10-12 hr. work days, new hires get paid more than long-time employees, lack of communication, environment changes faster than you can blink an eye.

Pros

Great for Long island, NY and great entry level job. Learned a lot and helped build my resume up.

Cons

No room for growth. Co workers never leave a position or want to grow within the company, therefore it is very difficult for promotion. It does not pay NYC compensation, they low ball you because they know they can. I guess you take a lower salary so you can see your kids baseball games after work, if you had a job in NYC that is difficult to do.

Pros

Collaborative management focused on products and service prior to the acquisition, when Andover was known as NewRIver. Core product has value in the overall Broadridge umbrella.

Cons

Facility has slowly eroded into an Operation Center. No Sales team. No Product launches in over 3 years. The idea of "making the number" is not back filling positions and cutting when possible.
