Pros

Remote/Hybrid Unlimited PTO Work-Life Balance if manager respects you

Cons

Underpaid, severely below industry standards - capitalizing off college grads Overpromising and underdelivering on mentoring and advancement opportunities. They would sooner hire outside the organization and blindside new employees rather than face valuable feedback from employees who want to succeed and advance, and be of further benefit to the company. Managers will not see talented employees and nurture their skills to their advantage, but force employees into a mold seen as best-fit for company goals and objectives. Work culture of expecting the loyalty often without question, and unwavering dedication that sacrifices work-life balance.

Pros

Broadridge was a great company to work for when I first started, however over time and with the change of leadership, it's been less and less enjoyable working there. The days where Rich Daly, Bob Schifellite, Bob Kalanka were running the show, everything was much better. One thing they have going for them is a great work/life balance. The quality of working there really varies from team to team. If you are luck to have a great team with a great manager (which I did have at one point), it's a much better place to work at. I wouldn't highly recommend it unless you want to just use them to work there for a few years and get a salary hike and move on to your next opportunity, because they are not loyal to their hard working employees, so I'd say keep moving on before they kick you to the curb.

Cons

They do yearly layoffs every June. They are very quiet about it and you wouldn't even know it's happening until you no longer see someone at their desk anymore. In 2024 they did a very large scale layoff during which I was affected. The odd thing is that I had a whole bunch of ACE awards and recognition from the team members I was working with on a very critical project where I worked extremely late hours at night and on weekends (with no comp time and no extra pay), and instead of giving me a promotion for all the great work, they had the nerve to lay me off. They definitely do a good job of making you feel used.
