      Pros

      Their benefits program was not bad

      Cons

      Was hired with the understanding that there would be staff to assist. There wasn't and the one other person in the office couldn't have been of less help. Totally unrealistic expectations of what one medical provider can do for a facility that has more than 400 employees on site.

      A good place to learn/improve, at the cost of work/life balance and mental health

      - They care about structure, documentation and lean processes - Clear Expectations - Management willing to help you and remove road blocks

      Cons

      - High Expectations, regularly leading to 60 hour work weeks - Most people on my team were constantly drowning in work and overwhelmed - Lack of company culture to engage/socialize with other employees/ poor work-life balance
