      Developer for 2 years!

      Pros

      1. Good to be here if you have very less technical skills. 2. Work life balance is very good. Actually no work at all and you still get paid. 3. Best for women who are thinking about extending their family and if work is your last priority. This company will support you in any possible way, sometimes giving you more than 2 years of work from home facility. 4. You get to learn financial terms.

      Cons

      1. No technical growth, same old technology.Boring work. 2. No career growth, run away as soon as you complete 2 years. 3. Less pay. 4. No workat all, it irritates you. 5. No on-site opportunities . 6. No clear management. 7 Managers lack management skills.

      1. Exposure to client facing situations 2. Insight into change management and impact analysis 3. Helps you learn, to manage work under pressure and stressful situations 4. Support engineer profile more suited for people who enjoy multitasking

      Cons

      1. Not much of growth opportunities 2. Better to be part of the development team who have better growth cycle in terms of learning 3. Support engineers are not given enough flexibility to learn new technologies or attain business knowledge 4. Pay is OK but at the appraisals even the good performers are given a low hike in salary 5. Cant complain regarding work-life balance as it is the same in any kind of profile
