We offer bi-annual check-ins as part of our professional development program to provide Bankers with opportunities to reflect on their job roles and performance twice a year. Their thoughts are documented and managers are tasked with hosting performance reviews during those review periods. If expectations aren't being met or project priorities have changed, we encourage supervisors and managers to have those conversations promptly to steer teams in the right direction.
