Pros

Vacation after 5 weeks increases from 2 weeks to 3 weeks. Flexible work schedules. Decent health benefits.

Cons

Employee concerns are disregarded. When concerns are voiced to mgmt...they recommend you transfer to a different location. In my previous decade of employment there, i witnessed several unqualified employees receive promotions based on them being favored by upper mgmt. Human Resources does not follow through on concerns voiced by employees. Although most of the information provided to HR should be kept confidential, it has been my experience that HR shares the information with Branch Managers whom in turn retaliate against the employees, causing many employees to have to seek employment elsewhere. Managers favor certain financial services representatives and hang out with them outside work causing tension in the work place.

Pros

Benefits and pay are good, depending on your skills and knowledge.

Cons

Toxic management, company needs to invest in software or outsource to other companies to develop software that will minimize or eliminate manual processes for procedures and hire more staff in departments to handle growth or expansion of the company. Human Resources should also be concerned when employees address complaints on managers especially when multiple staff complain about the same manager.
