      Pros

      Used to be great. Culture is not what it once was and it’s toxic in certain areas. I have become dismayed.

      Cons

      They want everyone to be a team. Managers hide things from other employees and promote based on politics and gender. Cliques are strong here. If you aren’t a cool kid; don’t bother. Hard work doesn’t go as far as it should. Get into a clique then minute you get hired. If you’re in a clique you can break rules and not be held responsible for them.
