      -Through many branches and departments that I have met, rarely will you find someone that is not personable and helpful to work with.

      Cons

      -Pay is below average but with hard work you will quickly find raises and opportunities.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible Compensation is super low for non exempt employees Raises/promotions for non exempt are extremely low Difficult to grow career wise No remote/hybrid work options, extremely traditional and old school approach

      Broadway bank hears you out any concerns or even opinions they are always open to new ideas Pay is generous It’s great to be a Broadway banker

      Cons

      Nothing really Pretty awesome company I’ve voiced out my concerns and ideas and I feel like they are working on them and taking my ideas into consideration. The CEO David and all the other leader are amazing and always have a welcoming energy.
