      Good enough pay for a retail-like job.

      Pros

      Lax policies, fun coworkers, easy schedule, paid time off and vacation, holiday bonus, federal holidays off, training for many topics and policies.

      Cons

      Higher ups past the retail banking side have huge disconnect with what happens on the front end retail side. Back office has a communication disconnect with frontline retail as well.

      Pros

      Anytime you have to go to the main location you really get to experience happy coworkers, perks etc.

      Cons

      If you’re a financial center that is not a priority (like Main) you will definitly feel the isolation. You will feel I­t­ even more depending on who your manager is. There is also little to no movement depending on your manager.
