Pros
Anytime you have to go to the main location you really get to experience happy coworkers, perks etc.
Cons
If you’re a financial center that is not a priority (like Main) you will definitly feel the isolation. You will feel It even more depending on who your manager is. There is also little to no movement depending on your manager.
