      Pros

      Absolutely LOVE the culture and family feel. You pick up the phone and almost ALWAYS know who you're talking too. Great relationships.

      Cons

      You can't really move up in the company. You can work so hard, make your numbers and goals every quarter, and complete your career roadmap and then you'll be told you need another class or another training. That gets very frustrating.

      The culture, co-workers, ability to make changes for the better.

      Cons

      Recently had an organizational realignment under new CEO. The CEO is great, but some of the senior leadership has lots to learn about the new lines of business they're over.

      Pros

      Great company . They really care about their employees , a lot of paid time off provided , no micromanaging , really chill environment . They try to make it fun.

      Cons

      No room for growth . People have been there for 10+ years and you can't really move into new positions until those people retire . There are few people for the call volume that they receive . A lot of gossip from the people that have been there for a while .
