      Pros

      Working here has it's pros's and it's con's. Mostly I would say it is a good experience over-all.

      Cons

      Everyone has that one supervisor that plays favorites with others on their team. If you aren't the one they like, well then you are on the outs with them.

      Pros

      Absolutely LOVE the culture and family feel. You pick up the phone and almost ALWAYS know who you're talking too. Great relationships.

      Cons

      You can't really move up in the company. You can work so hard, make your numbers and goals every quarter, and complete your career roadmap and then you'll be told you need another class or another training. That gets very frustrating.

      The culture, co-workers, ability to make changes for the better.

      Cons

      Recently had an organizational realignment under new CEO. The CEO is great, but some of the senior leadership has lots to learn about the new lines of business they're over.
