Employees are all friendly to work with . Values are awesome!

Cons

Growth benefits encentives bonuses pay. Health is super expensive not reasinable price at alll!!! Dental and vision are ok. Hardly any bonuses for hard work only around holiday time which are so small no bonuses ever for hard work. No room for growth because everyone stays in their position for years.

Cons

Everything really. Felt like I stepped into the 1980s. You can be successful if you lick boots and not really care about your job. 360 performance reviews are seriously needed. Executive leadership needs to pay attention, listen to all levels of employees, and CLEAN HOUSE.
