Pros

Everyone on the Broadway team is extremely friendly to work with and intelligent. No politics. Plenty of opportunities to excel and demonstrate your potential. High quality product that is continuously evolving. Management is very transparent with the operations of the company. Day to day work is challenging and there is never a dull moment. It is a hard working culture although they are also flexible when it comes to your personal life as well.

Cons

No real cons. There is a steep learning curve but that's often hard to avoid when it comes to a fast moving company offering these types of roles.

Pros

I remain quite happy with my decision to leave my former employer for the chance to work at Broadway. The work environment is very welcoming while the work itself is challenging; in the positive sense.

Cons

With the rapid growth of the company and specifically the growth of non-technical employees, there have been some minor growing pains incorporating new employees who come from outside the tech industry.

Pros

Broadway has a tremendously talented team that continues to raise the bar. The culture is a mix of striving for excellence with a family style environment where you really feel like part of a team. Management is super approachable and for the talent that this team has, there is very little ego. Transparency is amazing - weekly company meetings keep everyone in the loop and management is great about relaying news, good and bad. The company is growing but growing smart and strategically, which is refreshing as this type of growth can often seem hectic and rushed. As we grow, there has been a focus on keeping our current employees happy and continuously seeking honest feedback to help us improve. Best work culture I have seen BY FAR.

Cons

I don't have any cons to offer up - the attitude of the company is to keep our values in place as we continue to grow and expand and we are taking the steps to do that.
