      Pros

      Brocade has high pay structure compared to similar comapnies in bay are. Their bonus plan is very codd with big multipliers.

      Cons

      Management does not have very good direction. The deadlines in the projects are sometimes too tight leading to delays. Otherwise ok.

      Pros

      Salary is very attractive compared to industry standard. Much higher than average.

      Cons

      The purchase of Foundry Networks has started a downward spiral of this company. It was Brocades forward thinking and great treatment of employees that kept them wanting to work there. Ever since the acquisition of Foundry it is all about IP with Foundry management now running the show. This is probably great if you are an ex Foundry employee...If you are classic Brocade...not so much!
