Pros

Nice facility, good community reputation, clean, good growth.

Cons

They work their providers to the bone. They preach about protecting yourself from burnout but don't really do anything to help, everything they do puts more stress on providers making burnout more likely. They don't treat their APRNs respectfully- they say they do but when it comes down to it they don't.
