Lots of mobility amongst its many lines of business, great benefits
Cons
Historically fattens up number of management roles until financial woes reappear, then layoffs begin. Impossible to get a fair raise, until you disclose you know how much an equal is being paid. Negotiate on your way into the org or when changing departments otherwise forget anything of a decent %. Watch out for which VP your dept reports up to - the longer that person has been there the less they will care. Many other reviews years later seem to echo these same sentiments.
