Pros

Great insurance, innovative technology. Will look good on a resume, as Bronson in general has a ton of hype and is extremely overrated for some bizarre reason.

Cons

Starting pay is very low compared to other places. They will keep you at 72 hours a week and fight you tooth and nail to not pay you OT. High expectations and poor staffing. Bronson Commons nurses have a minimum of 12 or so patients on rehab and 25 on long term. No benefits other than a 401k/403b matching half of what you put in only up to 3% (what a joke).

Flexible hours, decent pay, great company to get your foot in the door

Cons

Boss was terrible at managing hours and schedules along with helping her employees when they needed it.
