Pros
Good benefits. Opportunity to learn about the healthcare industry.
Cons
At least in lower level positions, employees seem unhappy and dissatisfied with lots of moving around and/or talk of leaving. Poor leadership. Too much work, not enough people, metrics driven, difficult to get time off, and not a pleasant work environment. Employees are not respected or valued, just driven to produce the desired (and often unreasonable) metrics above providing the best service to patients.
