Pros

Culture still has foundation of what used to be, but it's eroding. Still much better than across town.

Cons

leadership lacks vision. there is no indication of where we are going. all reactive to what is happening around them.

Pros

Bronson offers great benefits, even for part time roles. I got started as a part time employee and had all the same benefits that I have now as full time.

Cons

My managers aren't very involved, and there isn't any coaching or employee development. Training is done by current employees that also don't have very much experience.
