Immediate team members were good (not line manager) They were nice to people at the start….
Cons
Ridiculous expectations- national shortage of candidates don’t expect miracles Extremely long hours- over 50 hours week (which was pretty much essential to get anywhere) Management was very clique reorganisation is needed Line manager was terrible (8/10 staff leaving the team within a year, needs to be looked at by HR) Management put you down, tell you your doing great, the next day your not Hardly any useful training as not specific to brand tech, availability etc Frequently compared to other offices in much more affluent locations where people actually want to work. When a manager in the office from another team says that the manager of the commercial team shouldn’t be a manager is a huge red flag Unethical Don’t care for their staff
