Best training in the business and ethical to clients. Great search and selection technology that allows staff to provide a top notch service

Many unrealistic expectations some of which conflict with entrepreneurial spirit also whilst access is given to great tools the time and patience required to allow people to be great at using them isn't

They were good at finding public sector work. And also nhs contracts. Which i enjoyed. There umbrella scheme for tax breaks was a bonus.

Cons

Not very reliable at finding you what you asked for. Also some jobs didn't exist. Once the recession hit they have become worse.
