      Pros

      Some colleagues were nice although the nicer ones tended not to stay due to conduct of management and other colleagues.

      Cons

      Complete lack of accountability by management. It was very much a self-preservation society. I felt applicants were discriminated against and employees were mocked. Staff were bullied into getting applicants ready to start at any cost

      Not much progression, too many projects with not enough buy in from consultants, commission structure could be much better, too many KPI's, closed branches and lost key members of staff, the community of the company has gone

      They find you a job description to apply

      Cons

      They never get back to you- either emails or answer the phone They are not fully transparent with you about your contract Happy to overpay you but when they don’t provide the full information (therefore their fault) they are more than happy to take the pay off your wages Also doesn’t inform you that your contract has been extended and you have to find out by the other company has to tell you
