Great training programme and trainers - good structure for promotion if you manage to stay out of the firing line.

Cons

Lack of support with constant structural changes but no direction. Weak immediate management who think micro managing and bullying are a substitute for real leadership. Mixed messages and contradictory instructions. The constant staff turnover speaks volumes. Toxic working environment.
