Pros

I feel like "company culture" can be pretty cliche but Brooksource has proven year after year that they put their people first. From internal growth/promotion opportunities to professional development training and support structures, I've been given every opportunity to be the best professional I can be. This has ultimately equated to four promotions and all-company awards and accolades. I was fairly directionless when I came into Brooksource as an entry-level employee. I've since met some of the most impressive leadership in the country and received the opportunity and guidance that's gotten me to where I am today.

Cons

This industry can be tough. Doing a great job and working your tail off doesn't always guarantee that you win your client's business. That said, the internal team and leadership at Brooksource certainly sees that effort and over time, you will be rewarded for it. Hard work is a staple of success in any industry, but its a mandate in IT Consulting. The ball doesn't always bounce your way, but if your determined and consistent, and don't get too down about things you can't control, the opportunity for financial gain is massive.
