      Pros

      I've been working at Brooksource for almost 5 years now and I've got nothing but good things to say! The culture/environment is second to none and the opportunity for growth is there from day one. What you put in is truly what get out of it, and the sky is the limit in terms of how successful you can be as a recruiter or AE. Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed and is there to support you every second of the way!

      Cons

      The staffing industry in general can just sometimes be unforgiving. As long as you have a good amount of grit and mental toughness, there's no reason it should inhibit your ability to still be successful in this field.

      - best job I've ever had in terms of work/life balance - great culture and coworkers - inviting and lively office - really value career development in new employees - endless promotion/job opportunities

      I have worked at Brooksource for 1.5 years and it was my first full-time position out of college. It is such a supportive environment and they give you all the tools you need to be successful! Everyone around you wants to help you grow, and I feel like my opinion and goals are truly valued. The culture is unmatched and there is always someone around to celebrate the wins and support you through the challenges. I am very grateful that I got to start my professional career with Brooksource!

      Cons

      There can be a learning curve at the beginning and the industry is tough, but if you work hard and use the resources around you, success will come!
