There is a work hard play hard culture, meaning there are fun events planned, but not before putting in extra hours in the office and getting the job done. Company is very transparent and open with each other, no matter the level of the employee. The founders know everyone by name and are open for communication no matter what. Salary plus uncapped commission. Team players who help each other out while also achieving personal goals. Promotion plans are put into place and everything is public knowledge.
