      Great people! All very driven and inspiring. Great leadership that is always willing to help and make you be the best you can be. The company really allows you to grow and gives you the opportunity to make a lot of money if you work for it. Very relaxed culture. Young crowd. Has a true start-up feel.

      -Culture is what truly sets this company apart from others -There are multiple opportunities for growth personally and professionally (and financially!) -Management genuinely wants everyone to succeed and ensures everyone is given the best opportunities to reach their goals -Fun and rewarding work environment, always changing and evolving -Environment of working hard and everyone pushes each other to be better -Company is continuously growing

      -Industry in general can be tough and unpredictable at times and the job is tough - you've gotta be a hard worker, take initiative, have a "don't give up" mentality, positive attitude and willingness to constantly improve yourself and others around you
