      Great people and great tools to be the most succesful employee you can be. The culture encourages sharing in each others success, learning from our mistakes both personal and professional. Your co-workers and leaders within the company work to know and understand your goals and do what they can to help you accomplish them.

      Pros

      Everyone in the office is so much fun! The environment is young and pretty laid back. You get to work with a lot of different people and meet really cool clients. The office goes out on happy hours together and you even get off work pretty early most Fridays. The company is growing SO FAST and there is alot of room for growth. There Love working here!

      Cons

      You really have to love the industry. Everyone starts out as a recruiter, which can be pretty monotonous, but once you get into sales-- you're out of the office more and interacting face-to-face with awesome clients!
