      Pretty Good Place to Work

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Don't know many people that work over 40 hours a week. If you get your work done and hit your numbers, people generally don't ask questions.

      Cons

      Sometimes the inviting spirit of college can get to be a bit much. Yea, going out and drinking with your co-workers is good in moderation, but sometimes everything turns into a drunken frat party that hte company picks up the tab on. Maybe throw an additional 1k to everyone rather that a happy hour every week?

      Great opportunities to move up, very positive and friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      Have to work your way up from recruiting to sales. You have to deal with the ups and downs of staffing industry- which can be very frustrating

      Pros

      Ability to be as successful as you want to be. Growing quickly. Your day is what you make of it but that leads to very little direction. The training program for new hires was a very enjoyable experience filled with similar people fresh out of school. This was a good transition from my student life to a professional life.

      Cons

      A lot of coming and going. Relies heavily on college graduates that aren't sure of their career goals yet. Because of that you will see different levels of dedication as your colleagues figure that out for themselves. It's a very young company and that means there are a lot of opportunities as it grows, but you have to be able to handle going out 4-5 times a week and getting into the office the next day.
