      Work/life balance, support, they help you reach your goals. Happy people. The harder you work, the more fruitful the job will become. The opportunities for career advancement are incredible - this company is growing so fast you can accomplish a lot at a young age!

      Cons

      Can be a tough industry - definitely has its ups and downs. You have to be resilient and have tough skin to deal with bad news every once in a while.

      Pros

      The positive and upbeat nature of the upper management as well as leadership team is incredibly motivating. They will give you the tools to create professional success as long as you are willing to work your tail off for it. The fact that our office has become like family to me is a huge plus!

      Cons

      The benefits may not be the best but for what they lack you can certainly make up with the potential for comission and your paycheck to grow.

      fast potential for growth, new opportunites, fun working environment, upbeat, great colleagues, can easily build a large network, helping people find jobs every single day!

      Cons

      job candidates are unpredictable (which can work in your favor as well!), have to sometimes be the bearer of bad news to job candidates
