      Pros

      Working at Brooksource is easily described as fun. As exciting as the staffing industry is, it's the people who make this job as enjoyable as it is. Great people in the offices having a great time and enjoying what we do.

      Cons

      Not really very many vacation days are provided and the benefits package isn't all that great if you are providing for a family.

      Pros

      As far as I.T. Temp agencies in Indianapolis, they are one of the best. They try their best to keep you in a position (why wouldn't they, thats how they get paid). They are very understanding of personal issues, as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Beware of "Contract to Hire" offers. Most companies are unwilling to pay the 20% or so that Brooksource will charge to a company that wants to hire you full time. Most often the company will just drop you and hire direct (unless you are providing them with a service that is hard to find)
