      Pros

      Brooksource from the start, offers amazing growth and quick advancement. They hire ambitious people and keep them motivated with fast, yet earned, promotions and increased commission pay. If you success in one role, upper management will work hard to prepare you for the "next step" and continually challenge you for bigger things.

      Cons

      The industry is rough. There is a lot of industry competition and it takes thick skin to ride out the low times.

      Pros

      Great place to work - top notch competitor in the industry. Very ethical and a cliche (but true) "work hard, play hard" culture. Management listens to everyone and communication top-to-bottom and back happens often. Everyone has a voice if they want to. This job is what you make of it - they give you the tools to succeed personally and professionally but it's up to you, which is great for the ambitious, energetic, affable individuals we hire.

      Cons

      This is not specific to Brooksource, but rather the industry: if you cannot handle the ups and downs involved in a sales role (or recruiting for that matter), then this is not the job for you. As far as we go, you can be very successful here, but those who stand out are the ones that always keep their chin up and look at the big picture; we are a mid-sized company that has hopes of growing dramatically over the next 5-10 years and that is not an easy task for anyone.
