Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Here at Brooksource, we strive to break the stigmas associated with our industry by using a relationship-focused approach to managing our consultants. That is why we recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if you have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions.

Pros

Brooksource was my first job out of college and at first it seemed like I got my dream job at first. They truly do invest a lot of training and "perks" into working there. The management is fun and has lots of one on ones with you and everyone in the office is so willing to help. There are insane promotion parties, great training/learning opportunity, and the office culture is chaotic but fun.

Cons

The starting salary of a recruiter at brooksource is too low to live on. It takes about 3-6 months before you can start making commissions but even if you close deals at a rapid rate it isnt a lot of money until you build up a decent list of contractors which takes 6 months to a year. I ended up leaving because i couldnt afford to live on the change they give you. You will survive if you can get help from your parents the entire first year you work here before any real money comes along.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience. Culture is everything here at Brooksource, which is why we strive to create a welcoming environment where our employees feel empowered to be the best. We love hearing that you are happy and are glad to have you in the family! It is worth noting that we structure our pay based on a commission supported scale with no caps or limits on the total amount our employees can make. Plus, we promote all our leadership positions from within, which means that starting salary is just the beginning of all the opportunities that a career with Brooksource can provide!
