      Some of the people are awesome! Allows for flexibility within your work day. Great training

      Cons

      Beware of people in leadership positions taking advantage of younger hires. You have to love every aspect of the job or people don't think you want to work there. You have to fit into the culture otherwise they will try to get you to leave. comp compared to other companies is not great.

      HR is very helpful with my questions Manager has my back Day to day task match my skillset Very good team work all around No micro managing Challenged to grow and learn new tools related to DevOps
